    One of the RFE we got has the following two questions.

    1. IRS Tax Return Filing Status: Submit an original computer printout from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), date stamped by the IRS, showing the status of all tax returns filed by the U.S. company.

    2. IRS Computer Tax Records: Submit original computer printouts from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), date stamped by the IRS, of tax returns filed with the IRS by the U.S. company for the years: 2007-2008

    How to get these documents from IRS website?
    Time left is very short, pls help !

    CF card speed does matter, particularly if you shoot RAW or use the motor drive. Even going from a 24X card to a Sandisk Ultra II was amazing. Stay away from the low write speed cards.

    Hello

    I am in AOS with priority date of EB2 Dec 2006. We are moving out of USA due to spouse getting a job outside of USA. If we want to retain our priority date and green card, what are we supposed to do before and after we leave USA?

    In case we want to make temporary visits to the USA, do we have to apply for visitor visa? I am assuming that we will not have AP since we are not inside USA. Will we even get a visitor/business visa since we have an immigrant visa which is pending with USCIS?

    Thanks for your help in advance.

    Mercury News ran an article today about H1-B Visas and mentioned that "Rep. John Shadegg, a Republican from Arizona, [was] planning to introduce a bill this week or next that would nearly double the number of H-1B visas".

    Does anyone know anything about it and does it include EB provisions, as well?

    if they check pay checks during Naturalization Interview ?

    Hi

    I am on H1B visa and married to a mexican citizen for past 2 years. we both have been living in mexico for past 2 years ( i am working as an Expat). 4 years ago my wife was in US on a Tourist visa and attended community school to learn English. she left the country in 6 months but while re-entering she mentioned her going to school to the agent upon which they processed a expedited removal and put a 5 year ban. She will complete her 5 years in Feb 2012. We are going to have a baby soon and would like to move to US next year after her 5 years are complete. i want to apply for a H4 visa for my wife and my baby. Will her expedited removal cause a problem with H4 application? thanks in advance.

    Mr. Obama might want to consider transferring the authority of setting quotas from Congress to the Labor Department
    May be good or bad, depending on how you look at it....we will then be at the mercy of PERM...

    If the Labor Department determines that a foreign worker would not displace Americans, that worker should not be barred from entering the country due to an arbitrary quota
    This should definitely be high on the agenda.....although its very doubtful if this can ever be implemented.

    On November 27, the USCIS announced that they had received 58,900 H-1B petitions toward the 65,000 cap. So there are 6,100 numbers remaining, correct?     I and my wife want to start business ( daycare/pre school) and want to know below details.We both have Green card.

    1) Do I need to open LLC or INC for this ?
    2) I have home loan so will I get business loan for new property.
    3) We already Identify property in our area.

    send them the business week article. In my company along with me 4 other folks also affected due to visa bulletin mess. I sent them an email on July 9th 2007 about flower campaign organized by IV to USCIS director. The sad part is no body showed any interest and bothered to reply. They are also going to benefited by this decision. These people still beleive in Murthy and other lawyer firm updates. I really don't know how to make these folks interested in IV. Any ideas or other personal stories.
