    Hi Richard,

    You should check the EB3 ROW (Rest of the world) date in the visa bulletin which is published every month - Visa Bulletin (http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html)

    The July bulletin shows the date as 15th Aug 2003. It's difficult to estimate when it'll get to July 2007 because the movement is not linear.

    I am fron the UK and my PD is July 2007. I140 approved Feb 2009. Does anyone have any Idea of the length of the backlog for E3 visas for the UK.

    If your parents never overstayed beyond their I-94 date then I do not think there is any issue at all. POE off. can ask why you are coming again in 3 months then they can tell that they want to be here in new year time etc.

    Sure doesn't sound right. I'd suggest some controlled tests, using a gray card (or even a white card). Check the actual color with your favorite editor (Photoshop, etc). It might be your monitor calibration, too.

    At this point you don't really know if white balance WAS correct and, after the update, it's wrong - or vice versa.

    My I-94 and L1A visa expired on October of 2008. I received my I-797A notice of action and my extended I-94, which is valid until June of 2010. My HR manager said I should be ok as long as I don't leave the USA.

    I need to travel outside of the United States for one week. Will I be able to re-enter the USA if I show the approved Petition I-129 with the new I-94 and the expired visa?

    Or will I need to go to the consulate to get a new visa stamp extended to June 2010 to re-enter the USA?

    I will appreciate your help.

    IV needs money for rally.

    Lets pledge to contrbute right after you get recpits.
    We all are skilled immigrations with high billing rates per hour.
    Think about how many hours you have spent tracking receipts,
    Lets not waste any more time in tracking, instead contribute a few hours to work and contribute some of that money worth to IV.

    I have question , How long it will take after submitting the evidence . I have received RFE on Jan 15 and submitted 03/25/2008 and I have seen LUD 03/27/2008 .

    How long they will take time to decide the case?

    Hi all,

    My I-140 was approved 2.5 years back and I-485 was also approved more than an year back.

    But, today the status on my I-140 got changed to "REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE SENT, CASE PLACED ON HOLD". I am not sure, why did they reopen the case again. I checked with my company and they assured me that they didn't revoke my I-140.

    Could anyone suggest me what's happening to my case. Has anyone seen an similar kind of an issue and wat shd I do further ?

    Maybe few visas might get rejected because they would have tried to stay in USA permanently. Yes, you may apply for L1 visa extension using Form I-129, and L Supplement. Extensions of two years at a time may be allowed until you have been in the U.S. for a total of seven years if you are a manager or executive.
