My Creative Space: Blue, Black And White.

Turkey Gravy Recipe

A delicious dressing for turkey. Enjoy it!

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
• 1/4 cup turkey drippings.
• 2 cups water.
• 2 chicken bouillon cubes.

Directions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, whisk the flour with turkey drippings until smooth, then reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until dark brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in the water and bouillon cubes, and simmer until the cubes have dissolved and the gravy is thickened and smooth, about 10 minutes.

Spaghetti Sauce Recipe - Italian Style

I love all kind of pasta and trying new ways of making the tomato sauce is something that I love doing. A friend shared with me this recipe I´m sharing with you today and it was really good!
So here you have:

Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 medium onions
• 1 medium green pepper, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
• 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced or crushed tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oil; sauté onions, pepper and garlic in the oil until tender. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste, tomatoes, and oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese before serving or serve cheese separately.

Too Early...? {Photo Mosaic}

...to start decorating for the Holidays?

This last weekend, I went shopping on commercial area near my house and it was surprising to see almost all shops with Christmas decorations. It is amost 30º C degrees here and it´s strange to see the Holidays fever already spread. But I love this time of the year so I won´t complain too much about it :)
