August Birthstone: Peridot

Maybe the first thought you had reading the tittle of the post was "What is a Birthstone?"

"A birthstone is a gift of a precious material that symbolizes the month of birth in the Gregorian Calendar. It is sometimes also called birthday stone (sometimes used as a synonym for an anniversary gift, which is related to the recipient's age, that is, year of birth)."

August´s birthstone is Peridot and I wanted to make a tribute to this gemstone, posting some of the pieces I´ve made in Peridot color.
